Depression makes you feel this way. It sucks. It drains you. It makes you feel helpless and like nobody could possibly know what you are facing.
They do. People understand because they are facing similar struggles! Even when you think they don’t know, they do! We are all doing our best in our time given, and one thing I KNOW is you are never alone. NEVER! Don’t give up now. You may feel alone in the masses, but that will fade.
