Alone in the Masses Special Fall Edition

Depression is a lonely place. It makes you feel isolated and completely misunderstood. You can be in the biggest group of friends and people you know… and still feel alone. Like nobody understands you and what you are facing.

I have the privilege of hearing A LOT of your stories. Your successes and failures, and the things that have driven you to the top again. One thing that stays consistent in everyone’s stories is they feel like they are doing it alone. They feel like nobody understands what they are facing and how difficult the journey has been. Depression makes you feel this way. It sucks. It drains you. It makes you feel helpless and like nobody could possibly know what you are facing.

They do. People understand because they are facing similar struggles! Even when you think they don’t know, they do! We are all doing our best in our time given, and one thing I KNOW is you are never alone. NEVER! Don’t give up now. You may feel alone in the masses, but that will fade. You will one day look back on your struggles and be able to reach out a hand to another. Another who they too feel alone in the masses. And you can be their source of strength through their dark time. You can be that light another needs. We are never truly alone, and it will always get better. One day at a time. #reaperapparelco
