Meet Andy. Andy has been with me as an ambassador since the early days of Reaper. Whenever we dropped new stuff, I was sure to see Andy ordering right away. He has been a support of mine for as long as I can remember. Andy beat brain cancer once and he was recently told it came back, and he only had 6 to 12 months to live. He came to me and asked me to design him a shirt that his family could wear when he was gone. I wanted HIM to be able to wear it while he is still here.
Andy is an incredible dude and I would like to share a message from him. I am proud to have Andy as a supporter of Reaper and I am proud to dedicate this design to him and his life. Don’t. Look. Back.
Andy Lyon, who was given just 6-12 months to live, shared a powerful message with the world when asked, “What would you want the world to know?” His response was heartfelt: “That’s a tough question to answer, but the best I can say is: never stop fighting. No matter what, you have to fight to make your life the best it can be. Even if death feels near, fight harder and make the rest of your days the best they can be. Make sure your family is okay, and that they know how much you love them. I’ve also made it clear to my family not to put me in a box when I go. They’re going to take me to the mountains and set me free because I don’t want to be confined, even in death. I know these are two different thoughts, but both are important. It’s hard to think about, hard to deal with, but with my time being as short as it is, I’m trying to live my best life for the few days I have left. And I’m going to do my best to be the best father, husband, and man I can be until the very end.”
